I have girl envy (mom of three boys)! She's gorgeous and I love your story. You commented on my blog yesterday (I believe) so consider me your newest stalker!

Jen - That one made me laugh out loud...with all her rolls and sandy drool!

Kayla - That's pretty much how I spend my weekends! :D

So cute!!! Love the hat -- they are th ultimate accessory!

sara said...

Rachel - She has more hats than bathing suits...which you can see we had ditched. The last half of the week was spent in swim diapers and a hat!

That last pic is just too cute! she was really having fun!!

Auntie E - I was amazed that she actually left her hats on. She didn't seem to mind them, unless they covered her eyes!

LJ - Just think of the wedding slideshow we'll be able to do for them! :)

I'm just the mom - She loved the sand...wasn't so sure about the ocean...but loved the sand. Loved eating, throwing it, squishing her toes in it...was too funny!

Cute kid you have there. I could done posts like this with my kids but it would have said things like "mmmm, dirt, sidewalk chalk, play-doh, dead fly in the window sill..." I could go on but I will spare you....

Love it, so cute! Much cuter than my face probably was when my son went to the beach for the first time this summer. He excitedly flung a handful of sand into my face and open mouth. UGH! :)

The cuteness is almost too much to handle. You are a lucky mama!!

She is so freakin' cute!

sara said...

Sandcastle - She wanted to make sure to taste the sand fully! :)

sara said...

Jenny - It's only because she's not mobile yet...I imagine the rest of those will follow shortly!

sara said...

Kristy - I got a little bit of that too. Walking back to the house she get grabbing my face/mouth/nose and for the rest of the night kept randomly crunching down on the leftover sand! Yum!

sara said...

Alicia - thanks for having a linky!! Love to see other peoples pics!

sara said...

Grace - Thank you, I am very lucky. But just imagine how cute she'll be when she's big enough for one of your amazing tank tops!

Angela - Right back at ya...Lane is certainly not too hard on the eyes!!

I talk, then you talk, and sometimes I talk back again. It's a conversation! And we can all pretend we're not internet shut-ins who never talk to anyone. Hooray!
